This is a self-pay practice. Evaluation and follow-up appointments are paid out-of-pocket per visit.
Some patients choose a Rapid Optimization Month, an optional first-month add-on that allows closer follow-up and more frequent medication adjustments during the early treatment period.
Adults (18+)
Evaluation (90 minutes) — $500
Ongoing Physician Care
Follow-up (30 minutes) — $500
Your care stays directly with Dr. Lee throughout treatment.
Follow-up care includes medication optimization, routine refills, treatment-related questions between visits, and help with pharmacy or medication-access issues.
Once treatment is stable, follow-up visits are often spaced every 2–3 months, depending on clinical need, with ongoing physician continuity between visits.
For some stable patients, medication management may eventually transition back to their primary care physician when clinically appropriate and if that physician is comfortable assuming care.
One psychiatrist. Direct care. Ongoing continuity.
Rapid Optimization Month (optional) — $1500
The Rapid Optimization Month is a defined first month with closer follow-up and brief phone check-ins while medication is being adjusted. This may allow more frequent dose adjustments or a change in medication if needed, rather than waiting until the next scheduled visit.
This option may be discussed during the evaluation if clinically appropriate and can only be started at the evaluation visit.
Teens (15-17)
Evaluation (90 minutes) — $750
Ongoing Physician Care
Follow-up (30 minutes) — $500

Follow-up care includes medication optimization, routine refills, treatment-related questions between visits, and help with pharmacy or medication-access issues. When appropriate, care also includes communication with parents about treatment progress, medication concerns, and next steps.
